Iris grew up bilingual and is responsible for Operations at Chairman. She is the heart and soul of the company and enjoys great respect from entrepreneurs and partners for her absolute structure and her motivating nature, especially in difficult phases.

Project Management, Digital Marketing and Communication she has learned and taken responsibility during her work as team leader in various advertising agencies such as the For Sale advertising agency and the Red Blue advertising agency as well as marketing from the ground up. Since 2003 she has worked as a digital consultant for Scout24 Holding, FriendScout24, the agency rmsarcar.com Hamburg (today iprospect) and others. Iris has gained her first start-up experience as Marketing Manager of HolidayInsider AG since 2010 (a Pro7Sat1 AG investment).
