As Chairman of the Board or as Board Director, Ronjon advises companies and corporate spin-offs on all corporate, organisational and product-strategic issues concerning the companies.

As founder and entrepreneur, Ronjon has successfully founded, built and sold online platforms and agencies. Ronjon gained his first experience in the media sector after school by founding and developing a city magazine. While studying economics, he launched his first ecommerce platform in 1995. The knowledge and capital thus gained was then used to found the first digital agency, i3c Consulting. Together with clients and investors, various ecommerce platforms were designed and realised, which were awarded, among others, the Innovation Prize of the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs. With the sale of two platforms to the Scout24 Group, which was being established that time, Ronjon moved to the Scout24 Group, where he was responsible for various online marketing channels and accompanied the realisation of new platforms. After leaving the Scout24 group in 2004, together with a partner he founded Germany's first SEA agency, rmsarcar.com, as well as the sister agency admatics.com in 2004. Early on, his clients included companies such as TUI, ThomasCook, Dr.Klein and Thomann.

Ronjon developed and led the company as founder and CEO until the exit and beyond. He sold both agencies to Aegis Dentsu in 2008. As iProspect they are now part of one of the largest digital marketing networks in the world. Until 2011 he was responsible for the entire German business of iProspect.

Since 2012 Ronjon M. Sarcar has been a consultant and founder for various companies, including REWE, DER Touristik Online, MediaMarkt Saturn / redblue marketing, iCompetence and the SEM boutique.
